The District is actively seeking landowners to use surface water for irrigation in-lieu of pumping groundwater. If you are interested in using surface water, please contact the district for a consultation regarding delivery options and cost. Landowners that join an improvement district to use surface water obtain a 50% discount on all annual groundwater charges imposed by the district.
